We could actually see what the space looked like and could determine if the rooms/spaces would work for us. We got a real “feel” for how it would be standing in the home. Larry even made our daughter’s room pink on the design for her (she's 8 and she loved it)! We think we saved a lot of money using Conceptual CAD services because it was easy to see where we needed to make changes to the plan rather than waiting until the house was half built and then realizing there was an issue. Eli and GInny Commercial - Emergency Repair FacilityLarry has designed a state of the art Emergency Repair Facility for us. He was attentive to the multiple requirements necessary to have the new shop facilitate the larger vehicles that need to come in for service. Additionally, his multiple meetings with the planning commission to propose the new facility were extremely successful in getting the board to understand the benefits that would come from having this facility at this location. He also helped with the investigation into the environmental impact that the building would have; making sure that the construction would not affect any of the surrounding wildlife. Larry was able to bring visual reality to this dream that we have had for years. His expertise and professionalism make it very easy to recommend him to friends, family and other business associates. Larry has also helped us out with plans for the front of our property where we had flood damage. He met with the township and conservation district to discuss the damage and helped us to make it beautiful again. Resident - 2nd Story Deck with Steel Seamed RoofWe hired Larry to help us develop plans for a back deck made of composite. The deck is a second-story deck with a roof over part of it. Although we talked to a couple of contractors about our deck design, they all showed us slightly different designs. No one could capture exactly what we wanted, and it was impossible for us to compare estimates because all of the prices were for different plans. Larry listened to us and worked with us to come up with the exact deck design we were looking for. Not only did Larry provide us with beautiful, detailed sets of drawings, but he also double checked every measurement, weight-limit, etc. and had his plans sealed by an engineer. Larry saved us time and money. We now have a contractor, and we have a tentative start date for our deck of one week away. We could not be more excited. This was a big project for us, and we felt comfortable throughout it because of Larry. Larry answered all calls and emails promptly and explained what he was doing every step of the process. Larry is a true professional. You can tell he likes what he is doing and is genuinely interested in helping his clients to achieve the exact end result they want.
