Due to the character of Conceptual CAD's work and to avoid any misunderstanding and confusion, here are a few practice policies that clients shall understand and respect:

1) If your drawing/model requires significant changes and/or revisions that was not a part of the original proposal, all those changes and/or revisions will be subject to additional fees.

2) Due to limited resources and commitment to quality, Conceptual CAD reserves the right to refuse taking on any project. Please contact Conceptual CAD prior to sending any files and please allow enough time to agree on the scope of work, process time and delivery time of final product.

3) Low resolution progress drafts will be sent for comment if necessary. * No final products will be released until the payment for the product is made in full.*
